Attracting Customers to your Craft Show

A lot of people like to attend a craft show and a craft show would generally have a big crowd. Some people like to attend craft shows with no real intention of buying until they see something that feels right and also fits their budget. So how do we attract these customers to visit our booth and convince them to part with their hard earn money?

When customers attend a craft show they will first see your booth, then you or your staff before they will see your product. Having your booth near the entrance will make sure that there will be a good flow of customers. But relying of this will not be enough you will also need to decorate your booth to attract your customers.

Displaying your craft and the amount you display will play a big role in attracting your customers. Having too small of a display will make your booth bare and empty while having too much stock will end up looking messy. Just have enough stock to look credible and arranged in a neat way.

What you or your staff wears for your craft show needs to be causal, clean and neat. Your cloths and how you carry yourself will help to attract customers to your booth. Having presentable cloths will make you more reliable and it can also build your confidence. Your staffs are trained to greet your customer and answer questions regarding your craft.

Another sure way to attract customers to your booth is by having a raffle draw. Raffle draws are crowd getters; we do like to receive free items. So prepare to have small items as your giveaways. These small items can also serve a means to exchange it for your customers contact information or business card.
