The World Ventures compensation plan is a PDF document 24 pages long. It is painfully confusing to try and discover just how you get paid with this company. You have legs you need to fill with recruits, and then you have to sell travel through your website, and then I just gave up.
World Ventures is a network marketing company that sells vacations, and opportunities to be vacation resellers through a custom website. Members get paid for selling the travel, and for getting more members. But who has to get what where, is very confusing.
Affiliate marketing with websites is not as difficult as MLM. You get money every time someone buys an affiliate product or service through your website. You can even get paid for months from one sale, if that sale is from a product or service that has a monthly membership fee.
Some people are making incredible money with internet marketing. All it takes is the knowledge of how to do it effectively. That is where MLM companies go soft. So here are a few ways you can learn internet marketing.
1. Self-taught. They get books from the library, learn how to do everything from scratch, and they experiment. They also fail, a lot. That is how they learn.
2. They get a marketing degree from a 4 year university. This is a very slow process, and about two years is spent taking non-marketing courses while the student fulfills the core curriculum requirements.
3. They learn from an online marketing training company. They can learn as fast or as slow as they desire, and they can do it while working a full time job. Many of these courses are hands on, and they build their very first websites as part of the learning process.
Don’t mess around with something as messed up as the World Ventures compensation plan. Instead go with a program that will teach you real marketing skills that you can use in any way you desire. No selling stuff to family members, and no recruiting. Just learning how to sell and getting paid for selling other people’s products. Get the education, and you will go farther than MLM could ever take you.
